Description

Dear Industry Colleagues

The Singapore Airworthiness Requirements Part 21 (SAR-21) was first published in 2005 to facilitate the industry’s needs for design and production certification activities. Since then, there have been a steady growth on the number of organisations holding CAAS SAR-21 DOAs and POAs. To keep up with the industry’s needs and ICAO requirements, CAAS has also been amending the SAR-21 at regular interval and it is currently in its sixth amendment.

In this CAAS Safety Series, we will share with the industry on the latest trends in DOA/POA safety oversight surveillance, details of the recent airworthiness certification agreements that CAAS had entered into and the impending changes to SAR-21.

This seminar aims to provide the latest regulatory landscape on SAR-21 and also serves to solicit feedback from you in facilitating growth in the aviation design/production industry in a timely and safe manner.

We look forward to your presence and active participation at this CAAS Safety Series.
